Financial Institutions Command Center

From the Command Center home page, you can access the administrative functions of the Axiom Financial Institutions (FI) Suite. Only users with the appropriate security roles will see the Command Center link on the FI Home page.

  • Each element of the page provides access to the associated setup functions.

  • Sections with arrows can be expanded (by clicking the arrows) to provide direct access to specific functions within each section.

This page includes the following elements, which provide access to the functions described in the table:

Data Setup – provides access to the following administrative setup functions:

  • System Administration – manages the system calendar, system security settings, report configuration, and other system-level functions of the FI Suite.

  • Financial Reporting – enables you to import General Ledger (GL) data for reporting, load the reporting table, maintain processing utilities, and prepare and publish reports.

  • Instrument Data Mart – enables you to import data for financial instruments, populate and maintain tables, perform Data Quality Analysis (DQA), and review data validation reports.

  

Profitability – provides access to following administrative functions related to profitability: 

  • FTP – manages Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), an internal management system designed to allocate Net Interest Margin (NIM) for every segment of your financial institution.

  • Organizational Profitability – enables you to populate the Management General Ledger (MGTGL) reporting table, manage the allocation of GL balances, and view and distribute validation and monthly reports.

  • Customer Account Profitability – provides the framework to allocate expenses (or income) at the customer account or instrument level.

 

Planning and Relationship Management – provides access to the following administrative functions related to financial and payroll planning and relationship management: 

  • Financial Planning – enables you to maintain information to support financial budget planning and to configure and perform financial planning processes.

  • Payroll Planning – enables you to maintain information to support payroll budget planning and to configure and perform payroll planning processes.

  • RPPS – manages the Relationship Profitability and Pricing System.

  

Productivity Summary – displays the following dates indicating the current system status:

  • GL Published Date – date through which GL data is populated.

  • MGTGL Populated On – date through which the MGTGL table is populated.

  • Instrument Records Reported On - date through which records for financial instruments are populated.

  • Staging Tables Populated On – date through which staging tables for DQA are populated.

  • FTP Completed On – most recent date when FTP processes were completed.

  • Current Financial Plan – date when the most recent financial planning budget was approved.

  • Current Payroll Plan – date when the most recent payroll planning budget was approved.

NOTE: When this section of the page displays more than one instance of the same indicator, the associated function has been performed more than once during the time for which these indicators are currently visible.
